01 / Test areas
Every trade has its own station.
Bays 01–24Welding bays
24+ booths equipped for SMAW, TIG and MIG, with fixtures that hold plate and pipe in every position from 1G to 6G.
ElectricalElectrical workshop
Test benches for wiring, distribution boards and panels, with meters for insulation, continuity and earth tests.
YardScaffold yard
An open yard where scaffolders erect, inspect and strike a structure to drawing, at height and under supervision.
LiftingRigging and lifting
Slings, shackles and loads for riggers and signalmen to plan and carry out a lift safely.
TransportDriving and plant
Pre-start checks, yard manoeuvres and road tests for drivers and heavy equipment operators.
QA / QCInspection and assessment
Every coupon and mock-up is inspected and marked by an assessor before a result is recorded.
02 / Test day
What happens on test day.
Tests run in batches. A typical day follows the same six stations, so every candidate is tested the same way.

Arrive and register
Candidates sign in at the front desk with their documents.

Documents and photo
CNIC, passport and experience papers are checked and a photo is taken for the record.
- 03
Safety briefing
Rules of the floor, emergency exits and PPE before anyone starts work.
- 04
Theory and interview
Trade questions, drawing reading and safety, in English or Urdu.
- 05
Practical test
The real job at a bay, bench or in the yard, with an assessor watching.
- 06
Inspection and result
The work is inspected and marked, and the result is recorded against the candidate.
